Jobs/Gates on the history, Jobs/other guys on the future of digital revolution

News: “Both Jobs and Gates are slated to jointly discuss the digital revolution’s history and future at The Wall Street Journal’s D: All Things Digital conference on Wednesday.”

Comment: Instead of Mr. Gates I’d be eager to see those 2 guys on the right discussing the future of all things digital (especially the future of biotech and biodata) jointly with Jobs on the same stage.

  1. Actually, since Gates is doing more for healthcare than all the others combined, and will likely be a driver for research in the years going forward, I would like to hear what he has to say in addition to Brin and Page. Jobs, not so much.

  2. Deepak, thanks for your comment. Concerning healthcare system you’re right: the BrinPage/Gates would be more interesting than Jobs, who has not any contribution to this domain as I know. On the overall future of hardware/software, well in that respect the BrinPage/Jobs gathering sounds much more interesting for me than any Gates pairing.

  3. I don’t disagree there, although I would like to include Jeff Bezos in that discussion as well. Get all five on the stage🙂
